Every piece ships from our Melbourne studio via Australia Post. Tracked Parcel Post within Australia is free on orders $60.00 and over. The rates below cover tracked parcels everywhere else.

Each bracelet ships in its own 8.5 × 8.5 × 3 cm gift box, packed in protective wrap. Order as many pieces as you like — the rate above is per order, not per bracelet, and Australian orders over A$60 ship free whatever the size of the parcel. Questions? Contact client services.
Domestic orders use Parcel Post, and international orders use International Standard. Both services include tracking, and your tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment your parcel is dispatched.
Rates follow the Australia Post retail parcel brackets effective 1 July 2026: up to 250 g for a single gift box, 251-500 g for two, per order and in Australian dollars. Domestic Parcel Post is one price up to 500 g.
Ready-to-ship pieces leave our Melbourne studio within 48 hours of payment, made-to-order DIY bracelets within 72 hours.
