Ethics & compliance
A small maison should still hold itself to high standards. These are the commitments that guide how LuckySoul sources, makes, and sells.
Responsible sourcing
We work with suppliers who can tell us where their stones come from. We favour long-term relationships with a small number of trusted partners over one-off purchases, and we ask every partner to confirm compliance with applicable labour and environmental laws.
Honest description
Natural stone varies, and we describe that variation openly. Traditional and symbolic associations of crystals are presented as inspiration — never as health, medical, or financial claims. Photography is colour-checked so that what you see is as close as possible to what arrives.
People & workplace
Everyone who works with the maison — employed, casual, or freelance — is engaged fairly, paid properly, and treated with respect. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or unsafe working conditions in our studio or our supply chain.
Privacy & data
We collect only the information we need to serve you, and we handle it in line with our Privacy & Cookies policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Raising a concern
If you believe any part of our conduct falls short of these commitments, please write to compliance@luckysoul.shop. Every concern is read, taken seriously, and answered.
